Booking Terms and Conditions

Credit card details, pre-payment, or a confirmed pre paid travel voucher from an authorized agent is required to secure your booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to inform us of the cancellation will incur a fee equal to the full amount of the booking.

Cancellations made outside of 48hrs but not more than 7 days will incur a fee equal to 20% of the booking.

Although trips usually run rain or shine, Rapid Sensations and Kayaking Kiwi reserve the right to amend, delay or cancel the trip for Health & Safety reasons.

For Group (more than 6 pax) and Private trip Bookings the following conditions apply:

A non refundable 20% booking fee will be required on booking with total remaining amount payable required no less than 7 days prior to trip / activity departure. A 10% penalty charge, of the total invoice amount will be applied to invoice for every 7 days payment is overdue.

Accepted forms of payment are: Pre authorized credit card details, cheque or direct credit pre-payment, or a confirmed pre paid travel voucher from an authorized agent.

Cancellations for any reason made within 48 hours, or failure to inform us of the cancellation will incur a fee equal to the full amount of the booking.

Cancellations made outside of 48hrs but not more than 7 days will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booking amount.

Cancellations made outside of the 7 days will incur a fee of 20% of the booking amount.

All group bookings will be required to pay for numbers booked unless we are notified of any changes as per the time periods outlined above.
