Afternoon: Pick up from the Taupo Information Centre at 1:00pm
Please Allow: 6 hours from Taupo and 4 hours from Turangi(2.5 hrs fun on the water)

Tongairo Grade 2 – Family Fun Rafting!

A great introduction to gentle white water rafting on the scenic lower Tongariro River.

Paddle through calm pools and over bubbly grade 2 rapids.

Plus we make a stop at the National Trout Center where we learn learn about the life cycle of trout and the kids get to feed them.

Requirements This is Suitable for all ages 3years and up.

The Tongariro is known as the perfect river for your finest rafting experience.

Please Allow 5 hrs from Taupo and 3hrs from Turangi (2 hrs on water)
Requirements This is Suitable for 10yrs and up.
What to bring: Your swim wear a towel and some warm clothes for after.
We Provide Wet suits, booties, a fleece,spray jacket,fuzzy hat, life jacket and helmet. drinks and biscuits on the river.
